Braeden DeWan is a Vice President with Marks Baughan focusing on high growth companies in the software and tech-enabled services sectors. Since joining the firm in 2016, Mr. DeWan has worked on over 30 M&A and/or capital raising transactions across the legal, compliance, cybersecurity and financial technology verticals. Mr. DeWan received a BA in Economics from Swarthmore College.
