Bill Takeuchi has over 20 years of investment banking, private equity and technology industry experience. At Marks Baughan, Mr. Takeuchi has advised on numerous M&A and capital raising transactions for growth companies in the Legal, Risk & Compliance and Financial Technology sectors. Prior to joining Marks Baughan, Mr. Takeuchi was at Lightyear Capital, a private equity firm based in New York, where he focused on technology, media and financial services investments. Previously, Mr. Takeuchi was a member of the Credit Suisse First Boston Technology Group, as a Vice President based in New York. Prior to joining CSFB, Mr. Takeuchi was with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he was a Vice President in the Technology Group. Prior to DLJ, Mr. Takeuchi worked at GE Equity and at Advent International, where he focused on private equity investments in the technology, media and telecom sectors. Mr. Takeuchi received a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California at Berkeley, a Master of Engineering from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Takeuchi is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, a Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) designee, a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
