Bio

Marisa Fiorito is a former energy investment banking analyst with Morgan Stanley, she has participated in mergers, acquisitions and corporate financing alternatives, including initial public offerings, follow-on common stock offerings and debt financing. She has participated on teams that closed transactions totaling more than $6.5 billion. Dynegy, Inc. recruited her in 2001 to join the company's strategic investments team. As a lead financial analyst, she developed a keen knowledge of internal corporate financial analysis and modeling. Mrs. Fiorito graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Finance. She is extremely active at her children's schools, volunteers at the Alzheimer’s Association of Houston and serves as a board member for Houston Wee Care Treatment Center.
