Ted Rothchild Bio

Ted Rothchild is a director in the Transaction Advisory Services Group of the Firm’s Philadelphia office. He has over 15 years of experience working with private equity firms and strategic investors. Mr. Rothchild performs due diligence services across many industries and sectors including manufacturing and distribution, managed services, construction, recycling. Mr. Rothchild leads sell side and buy side diligence engagements. He specializes in deal negotiation support; sell-side consulting and transaction execution, buy and sell-side due diligence, quality of earnings and working capital analysis, financial reporting matters. Prior to joining the Transaction Advisory Services Group, Mr. Rothchild worked in Marcum’s assurance practice working with publicly held/privately owned businesses leading audits, review, compilations and agreed-upon procedure engagements.
