Philip DiBartolomeo Bio

Philip DiBartolomeo is a partner in the Firm’s Technical Review and Quality Control department. He has 20 years of audit and accounting experience with privately held and publicly traded clients across a wide range of industries. He works with Firm professionals to deliver high-quality audit and advisory services that meet and exceed PCAOB and AICPA auditing standards and SEC financial reporting regulations. He has extensive experience in complex GAAP accounting matters such as debt and equity transactions, derivatives, and business combinations. Philip’s experience includes accounting and auditing in the emerging digital assets and blockchain industry, as well as other technology-driven industries (Fintech, Adtech, SaaS, machine learning/artificial intelligence, software development, internet distribution); financial services (broker-dealers, hedge funds, and private equity); and consumer products. He has assisted clients ranging from pre-revenue start-ups receiving angel investing to mature, privately held companies undertaking IPO listings. Philip joined Marcum in 2022 with the merger of Friedman into the Firm. Previously, he was a director at a national accounting firm. He graduated from Lehigh University.
