Mitra Mamdouhi Bio

Mitra Mamdouhi is a partner in the Tax & Business Services division in the Firm’s Rockville, Maryland office. She works with partnerships, corporations, closely held businesses, high net worth individuals and their families, and trusts. She consults with her clients on tax planning strategies around federal, state, and local tax compliance issues; estate and trust planning and family transitions; mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations; and business structuring and financing options. Mitra has experience serving a wide variety of industries including real estate and construction, retail, software, leveraged financing, professional services, and private equity funds. She provides short- and long-term business and personal financial planning services to her clients, helping them achieve business sustainability, maximize their profits, and minimize their tax burden.
