Lyle Kotler Bio

Lyle Kotler is a tax partner in the Firm’s Alternative Investment Group and works closely with private equity, various hedge funds, and investment partnership clients on projects involving tax compliance and consulting. He is responsible for reviewing federal tax returns, related state and local tax returns, and other international compliance forms for private equity funds, hedge funds, management companies, and other similar entities. Lyle specializes in the alternative investment industry. Before joining the firm in 2005, he gained experience at a Big Four firm. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), where he is a member of the Taxation of Financial Instruments and Transactions Committee.
