Erika Agatone Bio

Erika Agatone is an advisory partner and leader for the Client Accounting Services team in Marcum’s Saddle Brook, NJ, office. She has more than 20 years of accounting and managerial experience and specializes in the implementation of accounting department processes and controls. Her extensive experience includes project management, financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting, and controller and CFO services for private and public companies. Erika has provided outsourced accounting and consulting services in various industries including retail, distribution, manufacturing, medical practices, food and beverage services, telecommunications, professional services, sales and marketing, family office, broker-dealer, private equity, investment, and fashion. She has restructured numerous accounting departments and processes, and designed policies and procedures, internal controls, and charts of accounts. One career highlight was implementing a cloud-based financial accounting system with full inventory management and multiple accounting systems for a national manufacturing company.
