Benjamin Tenenbaum Bio

Benjamin Tenenbaum is a partner in the Digital Asset and Blockchain and Alternative Investments groups specializing in digital assets and blockchain technologies. He has over 12 years of accounting, auditing, and business advisory experience. He provides services to venture capital funds, private equity funds, hedge funds, and institutional asset managers in the digital asset and decentralized finance industries. Ben guides clients through complex accounting areas such as fair value measurement, revenue recognition, and derivative disclosures and advises asset managers on operational security best practices pertaining to the custody of digital assets. In addition, Ben has experience providing SEC reporting and registration services to public companies in the digital asset industry. He joined Marcum in 2022 with the merger of Friedman into the Firm.
