Daniel Cohen is a partner in Marcum’s Tax & Business Services group, where he works with high-net-worth individuals and real estate and private equity clients. Daniel advises clients on complex income, estate, gift, and trust tax planning issues, including wealth preservation and generational wealth transfer. Daniel was named to the Washingtonian Magazine List of Top Financial Advisors in 2019, 2020, and 2021. Prior to joining Marcum he was a principal at E. Cohen and Company, CPAs, an award-winning, nationally ranked CPA firm, which merged with Marcum in 2022.
