Adam Sachee, Vice President at Marathon Capital, is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is responsible for executing tax equity and tax credit transfer engagements in the solar, wind, battery storage, and carbon capture sectors and for providing transaction support across various Marathon Capital engagements including M&A and capital raises. Prior to joining Marathon Capital, Adam was a Vice President in Bank of America's Renewable Energy Finance group, where he was responsible for structuring and pricing tax equity investments into utility-scale solar/storage and wind assets. Prior to Bank of America, Adam spent most of his career working in KPMG's Mergers and Acquisitions Tax practice, where he provided modeling, structuring, and due diligence services to clients engaging in various types of partnership transactions. Adam received a BS in Business Administration and MAcc with a focus in Taxation from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He holds Certified Public Accountant licenses from the New York State Board of Public Accountancy and North Carolina State Board of Certified Public Accountant Examiners. He holds Series 63 and 79 licenses.
