Swami has more than 11 years of work experience including 9 years in the financial services industry across M&A, PE Fund raising and Equity capital markets. He has worked across sectors and key transactions include acquisition of Igarashi Motors by a consortium of buyers; PE investments in Manna Health Foods, Netmeds.com, Curatio and Ocean Sparkle; and IPO of Global Logistics Properties. Prior to MAPE, he was with the M&A and Corporate Finance team at JP Morgan, Mumbai/Singapore. Swami is an MBA from IIM Kozhikode and an Electronics and Communication Engineer from College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai.
