Arjun has over 13 years of experience in corporate finance across M&A and private equity. He has worked primarily in the Industrials sector including cement, steel, chemicals, as well as FMCG and real estate. Some of the key transactions he has been involved in closing include Fortis's stake sale in Parkway Hospitals, Monnet Ispat's acquisition of Orissa Sponge, HeidelbergCement's acquisition of Mysore Cement, Bharti Airtel's acquisition of Hexacom Ltd, Italcementi's JV with Zuari Cement/acquisition of Sri Vishnu Cement, ICI's sale of its explosives business to Actis. Prior to joining MAPE he has worked with Macquarie Capital, Ambit Corporate Finance and Lazard. Arjun is an MBA from AGSM, Sydney and BA (Hons) in Economics from Delhi University.
