Abhishek has more than 9 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and Fund raising and works in the Industrials segment at MAPE. He was earlier with the M&A team of ICICI Bank focusing on Infrastructure and Agri businesses. He has closed large cross border M&A transactions in various sectors, including divestment of Profab engineers, acquisitions of Pattons Inc and Rotair spa by ELGI, sale of road projects to PLUS Expressways, Malaysia and stake sale of Leighton to Welspun. Abhishek is an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Chemical Engineer.
