Rohan is a Managing Director at Madison Park Group, based in New York. Since 2011 at Madison Park Group, Rohan has worked on broad range of M&A transactions for various public and private companies and financial sponsors in the Enterprise Software and Tech-enabled Services segments. Rohan has also advised founders and families on innovative equity and debt financing rounds for liquidity and growth paths. Prior to Madison Park Group, Rohan was an Associate in the Financial Planning & Corporate Finance group at Enova Financial, a specialty financial services company and subsidiary of publicly listed Cash America International. Rohan previously worked in investment banking at Bear, Stearns & Co. and HSBC Global Investment Banking and in investor relations at Allied Capital Corp. Rohan earned a B.S. in Finance and Operations Management with a minor in Economics from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington, where he was a member of the renowned Investment Banking and Capital Markets Program.
