Bio

Noubar is a Managing Director at Madison Park Group focusing on operations, strategy, finance and compliance. Prior to Madison Park Group, Noubar was Chief Financial Officer of Blue Cloud Ventures, a growth-equity venture fund based in New York City, where he helped build the fund’s administration as well as its finance and operations organization. While at Blue Cloud, Noubar also worked on sourcing, analyzing, and conducting due diligence on several of the fund’s transactions and managed all deal closing related efforts. Prior to Blue Cloud, Noubar worked at ESO Fund, an alternative venture fund based in San Francisco, where he focused on sourcing and building data-driven deal evaluation models. Noubar holds a BA in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut and an MS in Operations Research with a concentration in Financial Engineering from Columbia University. Noubar is also an advisor to SmartgateVC, a seed stage fund based in Yerevan at the forefront of creating a technology ecosystem in Armenia.
