Veersen has over 15 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, primarily focused on the Technology Enabled Business Services sector. Prior to joining Madison Alley, Veersen was a founding partner at a private investment firm focused on Technology & Marketing Services firms. As an investor, Veersen has developed significant expertise in the strategic and financial investment considerations unique to the lower middle market. Earlier in his career, Veersen was an Investment Banker in the Technology, Media and Telecom group at Wells Fargo Securities. At Wells, Veersen was involved in private and public company M&A and helped raise more than $10 billion in debt and equity financings for clients. Veersen has an MBA from New York University, M.S. in Computer Science from Binghamton University and B.E. Computer Engineering from University of Pune, India.
