Timothy Mills Bio

Mr. Mills is experienced in all aspects of corporate finance with focus on energy related businesses. He began his finance career as a commercial energy banker, followed by becoming the CFO of a privately held $1.2 billion refining, marketing, transportation, and exploration company. He then was a principal in an investment company during the protracted economic downturn in the 1980’s that was involved in workouts, restructurings, and management advisory work. In 1990, he founded the investment banking company which became M&S Fairway. Recent industry focuses have been in engineering, construction, pipelines, light manufacturing and distribution. Mr. Mills graduated from the University of Texas at Austin.
