Lance Tullius Bio

Lance began his career in 1994 and has nearly 30 years of financial and merger & acquisition advisory experience, having worked with and represented numerous companies throughout North America. He has completed over 200 transactions in his career, representing over $3 billion in aggregate transaction value. He has authored numerous articles for various industry trade publications and spoken publicly on such topics as strategic exit planning, preparing for and negotiating the sale of a business, transaction integration, and market/economic trends. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1993 from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California. Beyond his professional life, he enjoys spending time with his two sons, working out, reading, and traveling.
