Mrs. Lindsley joined Loomis & Co. in 2014 following a 28 year career in banking, supervising 25 branches at Passumpsic Savings Bank and Savings Bank of Manchester, training branch managers and consumer lenders, and ultimately an Executive Vice President of Retail Banking and Marketing at Passumpsic. Mrs. Lindsley co-managed the successful consolidation in 2006 and 2008 of two full service banks into Passumpsic. She handled platform conversions, developed an indirect lending program, modified Passumpsic’s culture to be customer centric and consultative, reduced staff turnover, and supervised the marketing function. Mrs. Lindsley was a member of the ALCO committee, taught numerous AIB/CFT classes including being named Instructor of the Year in 2001, and is an honors graduate of the National School of Banking.
