Mr. Lantagne joined Loomis & Co. in 2014 after over 40 years in banking, culminating in serving as Executive Vice President of Operations at Passumpsic Savings Bank, a $600 million mutual in St. Johnsbury, VT. Mr. Lantagne has a track record of innovation, being first to implement Asynchronous Transfer Module data transmission in the country, first to implement statement imaging, and installed full imaging for checking and deposit functions, implemented Check 21, and developed contingencies for Y2K. He was also responsible for branch relocations, building de novo locations, and branch consolidations. Mr. Lantagne graduated with a B.S. from New Hampshire College, was a board member of the New England Automated Clearing House, and is a corporator of Passumpsic.
