Bio

Mr. Zhou joined Loomis & Co. in 2010. Since then, he has been involved in a number of projects including capital raises for NUVO Bank and Lyons Bancorp, fairness opinions for Monadnock Bancorp, SI Financial Group, Delaware Bancshares, Kinderhook Bank Corp., and NUVO Bank & Trust. He has worked on a number of fair value analyses for business combinations and goodwill and other intangibles impairment tests. Mr. Zhou chairs the Valuation Committee of Loomis & Co. Mr. Zhou previously worked at HSBC in the Payments and Cash Management division in Shanghai, China. Mr. Zhou graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. from the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University. He is a CFA charter holder.
