Ximo has 16 years of M&A experience. Before he joined Livingstone in 2007, Ximo worked in the Valencia Stock Exchange and in a corporate finance firm where he gained experience in M&A processes in a wide variety of industries. Ximo has led sales, acquisitions, capital raises and leveraged transactions in sectors such as, Industrial Services, Environmental Services, Food & Beverages, Leisure and Healthcare.
