Matti Schroeder Bio

Matti Schroeder studied Business Administration, focusing on Corporate Finance and Management at the University of Hamburg and Marmara University Istanbul. In addition to his Master of Science in Business Administration, Matti Schroeder holds a Master in Corporate and Business Law (LL.M.) from Leuphana University in Lüneburg. He is a member of the European Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts as a CVA. Before joining Livingstone, Matti Schroeder was Vice President of M&A at Hamburg Commercial Bank, advising on traditional corporate sales and acquisitions, carve-outs, capital raisings, and asset transactions. Matti Schroeder joined Livingstone in January 2022 and was jointly responsible for setting up the Hamburg office. His industry focus is primarily on energy, logistics, industry, business services, and the food industry.
