Marisa Ramirez Bio

As Director, Marisa is embedded in the Sponsor Coverage team and is responsible for developing and institutionalizing the firm’s relationships with leading financial sponsors. Marisa joined the Livingstone debt advisory practice in 2019. She focused on raising debt capital and arranging financings in support of acquisitions, mergers, dividend recapitalization, and opportunistic refinancings for private equity sponsors, independent sponsors, and private companies across a variety of industries and credit profiles. Her previous experience includes nearly ten years at Lincoln International and Keybanc Capital Markets, working in various roles in Debt Advisory and Leveraged Finance & Corporate Syndications practices.
