Jim Moskal Bio

Jim is a Partner and co-head of Livingstone’s Healthcare practice, with a particular focus on home health and hospice, post-acute pediatric services, autism, physician practices, and outsourced healthcare services. Jim utilizes his over 25 years of experience and deep industry expertise to successfully complete over 75 transactions advising privately owned, public, and private equity-owned companies on sales, divestitures, acquisitions, and capital raises.
