Giulia Guzzo Bio

Giulia Guzzo serves as the Managing Director, operating out of the Milan and Verona offices. She has been a key member of Corus Corporate Finance S.p.A., now Livingstone Italy, since its establishment in 2015. Previously, she held a position at Deloitte Financial Advisory S.r.l., where she gained expertise in business planning and valuation. Giulia has served as the lead advisor on numerous cross-border M&A transactions, notably within the food, industrial automation, food processing, and BTC sectors, often involving prestigious and well-known companies.
