David Tong Han Bio

David Han began his career as a banking and finance attorney, working for ten years in the US and Korea. He then started his investment banking career at Credit Suisse’s Seoul, Korea office. Subsequently, he worked at JP Morgan and became a Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Barclays. He gained valuable experience and made client contacts as Head of Corporate Banking at BNP Paribas, Seoul Office, before forming his own investment banking/M&A advisory firm called Moohan Advisors. David co-founded Livingstone Partners, Seoul Korea Office, together with Eek Sang Yoon. David has specific expertise in leveraged buy-outs and M&A advisory in the industrials, logistics, energy, automotive, consumer and luxury goods, and financial services sectors.
