David Bergal Bio

David joined the Livingstone special situations group in 2020. Prior to Livingstone, he worked as an analyst at Ravinia Capital, a boutique investment bank focused on healthy and distressed transactions. David began his career at KPMG Israel in the transaction services team, where he supported the preparation of financial due diligence reports for buy-side private equity clients. He also completed an internship at Deloitte Israel as an M&A summer analyst. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Accounting from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
