Andrew is a Partner in Livingstone’s Global Industrials practice, which covers a broad range of sub sectors including Automation, Control & Electronics, Testing & Measurement, and Industrial Services. He has over 25 years of experience advising middle market companies on M&A transactions, capital raises, and valuation-related matters. Prior to Livingstone, Andrew was a Managing Director and led the Midwest Region of Deloitte Corporate Finance, where he completed numerous domestic and international cross-border transactions.
