Vinod provides mergers and acquisitions advisory services to financial sponsors, corporates, entrepreneurs and management teams, with a focus on the governance, risk and compliance (GRC) and testing, inspection and certification (TIC) sectors, as well as route-based blue-collar services. Vinod’s deep understanding of industry nuances enables him to offer unparalleled advisory services that address the complex challenges and opportunities organizations face. Prior to joining Lincoln, Vinod worked at Jefferies for seven years, as a Senior Vice President in its global business services advisory practice, with a focus on upper mid-market financial sponsor transactions in Europe and the U.S. Previously, he held roles at Credit Suisse and the Audax Group. Vinod earned a Master of Business Administration in international business and finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service with a focus on international economics from Georgetown University.
