Thomas provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to corporate and private equity clients in the Nordics, with a focus on IT services. Utilizing his more than two decades of M&A and industry expertise, Thomas supports clients throughout the entire process and finds comprehensive solutions to meet their needs. Prior to joining Lincoln, Thomas was a Managing Director at TCG Corporate Finance, which was acquired by Lincoln in 2024. Previously, he was Head of M&A at TietoEvry. Prior to that, he was Head of Nordic Telecom and IT-sector Coverage, Corporate Finance at Danske Bank. Thomas earned a Master of Science in accounting and finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.
