Teodora Sabeva Bio

Teodora provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory to private equity, PE-backed and privately held companies. She brings extensive knowledge on sell-side M&A to clients, understanding the nuances of both cross-border and domestic transactions. While Teodora has experience working with clients across industries, she focuses on companies in the industrials sector. She supports management teams, shareholders and other stakeholders in leveraging their market position to drive growth and profitability. Prior to joining Lincoln, Teodora was an Associate at Rothschild & Co in the firm’s New York office. Teodora holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and earned a Master of Business Administration from University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
