Shruti Chaturvedi Bio

Shruti leads the execution of transactions for companies in the technology and business services sectors in India. She has experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity syndication, and has supported technology clients on buy-side and sell-side cross-border transactions. Shruti has in-depth knowledge of the dynamics driving the technology and business services sectors and guides her clients through the emergence of new technologies, shifts in outsourcing and the changing regulatory environment that affects the industries. She has led transaction execution across IT services, business process outsourcing and software and digital technology businesses. Prior to joining Lincoln, Shruti worked in corporate finance at BMR Advisors and at Avendus Capital, where she led deal execution and closed multiple cross-border deals in the technology and outsourcing sectors. Previously, Shruti was a software developer with Tata Consultancy Services. Shruti earned a Master in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering from Anna University.
