Sébastien advises entrepreneurs, investors and corporates on mid-market mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and fundraising transactions. Based in Lincoln’s Paris office, Sébastien delivers end-to-end transaction advisory services for clients in the European market. As part of the firm’s Technology, Media & Telcom (TMT) Group, Sébastien serves clients with a focus on software (enterprise software-as-a-service in particular) and tech-enabled services. He also has experience advising on transactions in the managed services, bespoke software development, user experience / user interface and digital consulting sectors. Sébastien’s expertise in these ever-evolving sectors allows him to provide clients with optimal advisory and deliver lasting success. Prior to joining Lincoln, Sébastien was a Director at Stella EOC (now part of GCA Altium) based in Stockholm, Sweden, where he helped set up the company’s operations in Switzerland and focused on technology-related transactions across Europe. Previously, he worked with mid-market clients across various sectors and geographies as a Manager at Deloitte’s M&A advisory practice, at Bpifrance in the private equity group and BNP Paribas’ corporate banking division. Sébastien holds a master’s degree in management with a corporate finance major from ESCP Business School. He also studied at the University of Texas at Austin.
