Sandeep leads the firm’s financial institutions and fintech efforts in India. He has extensive experience and a successful track record advising clients in the asset servicing, asset management, wealth management, insurance and fintech subsectors on both sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital raise transactions. Sandeep has a deep understanding of the nuances across the financial institutions, financial services and fintech sectors leveraging his more than 10 years of previous experience in corporate finance and M&A. Prior to joining Lincoln, Sandeep was an Executive Director at Nomura in their investment banking division focused on financial institutions and services. Prior to that he had similar roles at UBS & JP Morgan, where he had global exposure across geographies and sectors. Sandeep has a Master of Business Administration in finance from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Jadavpur University.
