A career investment banker in the government contracting industry, Ryan provides mergers and acquisitions advisory services to private equity and corporate clients, with a focus on AI/ML, cybersecurity, software and systems engineering, space and geospatial technology services, intelligence analysis and operations and digital IT modernization products and services provided to government agencies. Backed by nearly 20 years of experience and deep industry and market expertise, Ryan collaborates with clients to understand their goals, delivering creative, strategic advice that leads to positive outcomes. Prior to joining Lincoln, Ryan was a Managing Director at The Chertoff Group where he provided government services M&A advisory to organizations and companies operating in the national security, information security and government technology markets. Previously, he worked at BB&T Capital Markets. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and economics from James Madison University.
