Razmig works with companies who are introducing new technologies and solutions in the aerospace & defense (A&D) sector. Razmig has a passion for A&D and has played a critical role in growing Lincoln’s global practice, comprised of dedicated advisors who have deep and unique sector knowledge across North America and Europe. Razmig brings more than 20 years of expertise to companies and private equity firms on sell-side assignments and divestitures, as well as buy-side engagements. Razmig’s clients include large-cap defense primes and aerospace original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), mid-cap technology and cybersecurity companies, and A&D-focused private equity firms. His extensive knowledge spans several sub-sectors, including intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance; cybersecurity; intelligence services; maintenance, repair and overhaul; and aerostructures. Razmig has been involved in numerous landmark M&A transactions that have shaped the current sector landscape. Prior to joining Lincoln, Razmig led global A&D at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and previously while at Citigroup, concentrated on telecom sector coverage. Razmig earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
