Rasmus Westholm Bio

Rasmus provides mergers and acquisitions advisory services to private equity firms and corporations in the Nordics, with a focus on the IT and tech-enabled B2B services, software, technology, media and telecom sectors. Rasmus provides impactful storytelling that highlights the hidden value in his clients, enabling them to achieve positive outcomes that meet their short and long-term objectives. Prior to joining Lincoln, Rasmus was a Director at TCG Corporate Finance, which was acquired by Lincoln in 2024. Previously, he was a Vice President at Danske Bank. Rasmus earned a master’s degree in accounting and financial management and a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business / management from the Stockholm School of Economics.
