Peter Gnatowski Bio

Peter advises companies and their creditor and equity-holder constituencies across complex capital structure transactions including debt and equity financings, liability management, existing lender negotiations, restructuring and mergers and acquisitions transactions. With over a decade of experience, Peter has advised companies across various industries, including industrials, automotive, business services, consumer, energy and healthcare. His wide range of expertise enables him to successfully guide his clients in optimizing their capital structure needs through creative and tailored solutions. Prior to joining Lincoln, Peter worked as a Director at the investment banking affiliate of Huron Consulting Group, Huron Transaction Advisory, where he focused on financial and operational restructurings and special situations. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration with honors from the University of Albany, SUNY.
