Patrick co-heads Lincoln’s Automotive & Truck group and focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He has considerable advisory experience, particularly on complex cross-border transactions, and has aided private equity funds and large corporations, as well as mid-cap and privately held businesses, with leveraged buyouts, management buyouts and joint ventures. Patrick is a trusted advisor for his clients, grounded in a deep understanding of the strategic challenges in the automotive industry. With nearly 25 years of experience in the sector, he has distinct knowledge of the particular opportunities and problems facing companies and investors in this industry and is focused on nurturing long-term relationships with corporate and private equity clients. Patrick partners with his clients on M&A, enabling strategic change and growth, as technology and other trends reshape the industry. Prior to joining Lincoln International, Patrick was a director in the global investment banking division at Citi, where he was responsible for advising German industrial and automotive clients on M&A. He started his career at BHF Bank. Patrick earned a degree in business administration from the University of Cologne and the HEC Paris.
