Oliver advises on sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions in the technology industry, as well as capital advisory and fairness opinion mandates for entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses and private equity firms in the Spanish market. He has vast international experience working across various markets and industries. Oliver believes every business is a world of its own, therefore he takes pride in diving deep into the details of a client’s business to truly understand the core drivers and individual details affecting it. By fully knowing the client’s business and goals, he can effectively deliver unbiased advice and the best results. Prior to joining Lincoln, Oliver was an Associate in the M&A team at Alantra and an investment executive at the UK private equity firm, Duke Street Capital. Previously, he worked at Proventus, where he began his investment banking career. Oliver earned a Masters in Finance from London Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Denison University.
