Monika Nickl Bio

Monika is co-head of Lincoln’s Consumer Group in Europe and provides mergers and acquisitions advisory services to corporations and private equity firms and their portfolio companies in the DACH region, with a focus on the digital consumer sector. Leveraging her more than two decades of industry and transaction expertise, Monika collaborates closely with clients to deeply understand their short and long-term goals, enabling her to effectively present their business propositions to potential investors. Prior to joining Lincoln, Monika was Managing Partner and co-founder of TCG Corporate Finance, which was acquired by Lincoln in 2024. Previously, Monika was a Shareholder and Managing Partner at Mummert & Company until it was acquired by Raymond James in 2016, after which she continued working at the firm as a Managing Director. Monika earned a master’s degree in business administration and management from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
