Miles Kershaw Bio

Miles advises private equity-backed and founder-led companies on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions in Lincoln’s Technology Group, both domestically and internationally. Miles focuses on the property and construction software, intellectual property software and environmental, health and safety software subsectors. While primarily based in New York, Miles also worked in the firm’s London office for approximately five years. Prior to joining Lincoln, Miles worked in the technology teams at Canaccord Genuity and Quayle Munro (now Houlihan Lokey), as well as the business services team at DC Advisory and the M&A execution team at Jefferies. Miles holds a Bachelor of Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
