Luke has extensive experience leading mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions for clients focused on facilities/industrial services and packaging. He has an in-depth understanding of M&A economics, focusing on market leaders in growth industries and selling high quality businesses for premium valuations. Luke has worked on more than 100 transactions for Fortune 500, private equity and leading private company clients, including numerous cross-border transactions. Luke has deep knowledge of the undercurrents driving the constantly evolving, rapidly growing service-based economy and the core value propositions of packaging companies across a wide range of subsectors. He has extensive expertise working with companies in the services industries, including industrial, maintenance, food, HVAC, rental, landscaping, pest control, laundry and linen, and fire/security services and in the packaging sub-verticals including flexibles, labels, rigid, paperboard and contract packaging. Prior to joining Lincoln in 2007, Luke was Vice President in the industrial growth and business services investment banking group at Piper Jaffray. His diverse experience also includes corporate finance at Navistar and business development at Detroit Diesel. Luke earned a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from Lafayette College.
