Lalit Kasat Bio

Lalit provides mergers and acquisitions advisory and growth equity fundraising services to private equity firms, founders and corporations in the technology industry, with a focus on business-to-business (B2B) software, data and analytics and technology-enabled services. Harnessing his two decades of deep industry expertise, Lalit delivers tailored solutions to clients that are aligned with their unique objectives and yield positive outcomes. Prior to joining Lincoln, Lalit was a Managing Director at Torch Partners where he focused on the B2B enterprise software, tech-enabled and data and analytics sectors. Previously, he was a Director at Houlihan Lokey / Quayle Munro. He also spent more than a decade at Morgan Stanley. Lalit is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting and finance from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.
