Kevin provides mergers and acquisitions advisory services to clients in the specialty distribution sector. He has significant experience on sell-side and buy-side mandates, as well as recapitalizations and restructurings, and has executed both domestic and cross-border transactions for leading private equity (PE) groups, publicly traded companies and privately held and family-owned businesses. Kevin has completed transactions with distribution companies across various end markets, including automotive aftermarket, building products, chemicals, electrical products and electronics, flow control, fluid power and handling, motion control, general industrials and education, among others. Kevin helps leading PE firms and large corporates develop and implement their strategies to capitalize on an attractive and highly dynamic sector of the economy. Prior to joining Lincoln, Kevin began his professional career at CRA International, where he concentrated on valuation assignments in support of intellectual property litigation, as well as technical consulting mandates related to strategic branding and royalty negotiations. Kevin graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.
