Kensuke serves as deputy head of the firm’s Tokyo office and provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity and corporate clients in Japan. He has expertise in both domestic and cross-border deal execution and offers thoughtful advice to his clients. Kensuke has over 20 years of investment banking experience and brings deep transaction experience, established relationships and knowledge in a wide variety of sectors. He works closely with his clients to provide them with tailored solutions that meet their objectives. Prior to joining Lincoln, Kensuke was a Managing Director in M&A and Head of Sponsor Coverage at Citigroup. Before that, he served as Managing Director and Head of Japan M&A at Credit Suisse. Kensuke earned a Master of Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Law from Keio University.
