Julian Moore Bio

Julian provides mergers and acquisitions advisory services to private equity firms, founders and public corporations in the business-to-business (B2B) technology industry, with a focus on data and analytics, artificial intelligence, software and technology-enabled services and content. Julian has a deep understanding of the technology industry, supporting clients throughout the entire transaction process and maximizing value by leveraging their strengths and growth opportunities. Prior to joining Lincoln, Julian was a Managing Director in the B2B technology team at Houlihan Lokey. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Quayle Munro where he originated and executed transactions for technology clients. Before that, he was Head of Media Sector Advisory at RBS (now Nat West). Julian earned a Bachelor of Science in physics from Imperial College. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
