Bio

Jesse provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services for companies in the technology, media and telecom sector. He has performed sell-side and buy-side M&A and strategic advisory, capital raising and restructuring projects with leading public and private companies, private equity firms and founder- and management-owned businesses. Jesse focuses specifically on technology, working with companies in various subsectors, including hardware, semiconductors, optical networking, software and internet. He has developed deep industry expertise supporting his clients through the quickly evolving technology landscape. Prior to joining Lincoln, Jesse worked in the technology M&A groups at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and Houlihan Lokey in San Francisco. Jesse earned a Bachelor of Science from Stanford University.
