Jesse provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services for companies in the technology sector. He has deep expertise advising on sell-side and buy-side transactions, cross-border advisory and strategic alternatives for and with privately held businesses, leading private equity firms and publicly-traded companies and strategics. Jesse has extensive experience advising clients across the tech sector, with comprehensive knowledge of enterprise software, engineering, design and simulation software and industrial technology broadly, among other subsectors. He has developed deep industry expertise and transaction execution skills to help support clients and enable them to achieve their goals in a quickly evolving technology landscape. Prior to joining Lincoln, Jesse was a member of the technology M&A groups at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and Houlihan Lokey. Jesse earned a Bachelor of Science from Stanford University.
